Orders are custom made and will take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to ship depending on the quantity of the order.
Once the order has been processed and completed shipping will take anywhere from 2-7 business days to arrive depending on your location. Shipping to the U.S. can take anywhere from 7-10 business days to arrive.
Please ensure that you place your order with enough time in advance to ensure that you receive it on your required date.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive tracking information via email so that you can get a better idea on the arrival of your order.
No, we do not have order minimums on our curated gift boxes.
We do however have order minimums on our favors. See product for details.
All orders are final sale and non-refundable. If your order arrives and you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we may resolve the issue.
You will receive a notification via email with your tracking number once the order has been shipped. Depending on the size of your order, it may take longer than a week before it is shipped out. Most orders ship within 5-7 business days depending on the size of your order.
Depending on your postal service, you may have received a notification to pick up your parcel from your local post office. Contact the shipping company with your tracking number for more information.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Should you not receive your order 3 weeks after you have been provided your tracking number, you will need to contact us for support if needed and contact your local postal service to file a complaint.
We will do all that we can to assist you in your complaint should you require any information on our end.
We will replace any item that has been damaged during shipping. You must report your damages within 24 hours of receiving your order along with a photo of the damaged item(s).
Please check your order immediately after receiving it to ensure there are no damages. We will not guarantee any replacements on items that have been reported damaged after 24 Hours from the time the parcel has been declared delivered.
Should your package be returned due to an incorrect shipping address, or if the package was refused upon delivery, we will not be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If the customer wishes to have the items re-shipped they must pay the shipping fees.
Please ensure that you have the correct spelling on your order before completing your purchase. Please, triple check, ALL spelling, and personalization.
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you realize that you have made an error, kindly send us an email with your order number and we will do our best to fix the errors.
Keep in mind that orders are time sensitive, the sooner you let us know the easier it is for us to accommodate any changes.

Customs fees, duties, and taxes vary from state-to-state. Some customers are charged customs fees, some aren’t. This is completely out of our control.
Yes, all credit card transactions are secured and will not be stored.
We use PayPal for all credit card transactions.

We also offer Interac e-transfers for Canadian Residents.
All of our prices are in CAD. If you are making a purchase from the U.S. the amount will be converted from USD to CAD.
